Erica Olstein is a physician of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at both A Better U Healthcare & AcuSleep in Ocala, Florida. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville she attended graduate school at Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine. Erica is the proud owner of two acupuncture practices where she is able to help the community where she was born and raised achieve optimal health and wellbeing. After seeing a need in her community for relief from sleep disorders, Erica realized that people needed more than just a name for their disorder. To that end, she opened AcuSleep to offer Ocala a safe, alternative to pharmaceutical sleep medications.
Erica enjoys teaching others about alternative medical options at various venues around Ocala and throughout central Florida. She has had the opportunity to be the keynote speaker at the Annual Orthopaedic Seminar hosted by the Horse Capital Chapter of NAON.
Each month Erica devotes her time doing acupuncture treatments for those in need to raise money for a variety of local charities. Erica's "Pokin' For A Cause" event raised $4,000 for Ocala's Alzheimer's Association and her holiday themed "Pokin' For a Claus" raised $13,000 for the College of Central Florida's Steps to CF scholarship program.
Erica enjoys enriching her patients' health through safe holistic medical therapies. Her passion is health. She lives it and breathes it.
